Our employee networks
Our colleague-led network groups help us to foster an inclusive workplace culture and promote a sense of belonging. They exist to influence and contribute towards MaPS being a diverse and inclusive organisation and support our EDI objectives.
They are a powerful tool for providing a safe platform for colleagues to come together and feel a sense of affinity and safety, encouraging a culture of allyship and celebrating unique qualities. They give communities a voice and are invaluable for uncovering inequalities that may otherwise go unnoticed and for developing solutions to address them.
