Tech & Change

At MaPS Technology and Change, we are embarking on an exciting journey of business and digital transformation. To achieve our ambitious goals, we are expanding our team with talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Here’s why we’re recruiting:

Supporting Key Programmes

We are gearing up to support the Pensions Dashboard Programme, with a view to deliver impactful solutions to our customers next year. Your expertise will be crucial in driving these initiatives forward.

Enhancing Digital Capabilities

As we transition from third-party delivery to insourcing, we need skilled professionals to build and strengthen our digital team. This will help us address single points of failure and improve our B2B operations.

Agile Transformation

We are moving from traditional waterfall methodologies to agile ways of working. We need individuals who can thrive in product and scrum teams, helping us optimize our processes and deliver value more efficiently.

Leadership and Management

With the increase in third-party engagements, we require more leads to manage these relationships effectively. Your leadership will ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes, if you have experience in managing and building high performing teams we want to hear from you.

Scaling Up

Our digital site is growing, and we are scaling up our core team to meet the increasing demands. We are also building the Money Guiders Dashboard, and your contributions will be vital to its success.

Government Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework alignment

We have aligned our roles with the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Profession Capability Framework to ensure familiarity and consistency across government departments. This alignment provides a clear career path and development opportunities for our team members.

Our Chief of Development says:

We have very ambitious plans to help people achieve financial wellbeing and digital channels are central to this. Our investment in technologies means that Money and Pensions Service can be very rapid in providing new content responding to external change such as a change in government policy.

I feel like the organisation attracts people who are motivated to make a difference in the world. Almost everyone has had money worries at some time. That experience is what fires up a lot of our people and having that empathy helps us to go the extra mile for our customers.

I have to say the benefits are pretty awesome at Money and Pensions Service too – I was delighted to find that we all get 30 days of annual leave a year. It’s really helped me to spend a bit more time doing the things I love outside of work.

Join us at MaPS Technology and Change, and be part of a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment where your skills and passion can make a real impact. We welcome diverse and inclusive applications, and we look forward to growing together. Use our vacancy search to find the right opportunity for you at Money and Pensions Service.
